Better Energy Experts sends text messages to customers who have scheduled a solar energy consultation. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and requests for documents needed for your consultation (such as your electricity bill).
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with our team, you consent to receive text messages from Better Energy Experts related to your scheduled appointment. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You will receive a confirmation text message after opting in. This message will confirm your enrollment in our messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Better Energy Experts does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your texting plan.
